I am wondering if this category is too specific and whether you are eventually going to have enough material to populate it? But I suppose it is ok. User4 has been making remarks on BoyChat about our categories and he is about half right even though he is being a jerk about it.--Etenne (talk) 11:16, 23 May 2015 (UTC)

BoyChat is presumably made up of people who don't know anything about wikis and haven't bothered to get involved here. Anyway, there are only thirteen federal circuits, and tons of appellate case law from those circuits, so I think there's plenty of potential for the category to fill up.
