The group also maintains a private forum for the discussion of this literature and ways forward for those promoting the recognition of these materials.

	The organization was created ~~as a~~ preparation ~~by the~~ adult-minor groups to the ~~international~~ gay and ~~lesbian~~ organization ILGA, but ~~after they~~ were thrown out of this organization, Ipce ~~kept~~ on, first as an organization for international pro-pedophile groups, but ~~nowadays~~ as an organization of private persons. (formerly ~~the~~ International Pedophile and Child Emancipation)		The organization was created in preparation for incorporating adult-minor intergenerational study groups into the nascent "gay liberation" movement headed by the International Gay and Lesbian organization ILGA, but the U.S. government threatened to withhold funds from the United Nations if ILGA were recognized while associating itself with pro-intergenerational sexual relationship groups. Ipce and several other groups were then thrown out of this organization, but Ipce continued on, first as an organization for international pro-pedophile groups, but currently as an organization made up of private persons.
