Coverage of law and politics stuff is encouraged by displaying it so prominently on the main page. And it's in the nature of wikis that if they're going to cover a topic, they're going to attempt to cover it comprehensively, usually starting first with the more obscure sub-topics that can be more easily tackled in one fell swoop. So, if you don't want comprehensive coverage of law, then just don't include law in the wiki mission. Or, if you want to tackle love, pleasure, and culture first, and ''then'' tackle law, then say that writing about law is not allowed until the topics of love, pleasure, and culture are adequately covered.
