In his article, http://gilhardwick.com.au/abolishing_dangerous_sex_offenders_act.pdf "On Abolishing the Dangerous Sex Offender Act 2006", he critiques the Australian Dangerous Sex Offenders Act of 2006, and society's over-concern with what I would characterize as "sexual dangerousness".
