			Current Status: The United States currently has no mandatory data retention law. However, if providers of electronic communications or remote computing services store electronic communications or communications records, the government may obtain access to the stored data under the Stored Communications Act (SCA), enacted as part of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act in 1986. 			Restrictions on Government Access
			Section 2703 regulates government access to stored communications or transaction records in the hands of third party service providers. There are four categories of information, each with differing access requirements:
			contents of wire or electronic communications in electronic storage;
			contents of wire or electronic communications in a remote computing service;
			subscriber records concerning electronic communication service or remote computing service; and
			basic subscriber information.

			::Unfortunately, no-one has uploaded them to any of the sites I frequent. They are not "books," actually, because they tend to be around 6-10 pages each. Most have no reviews on Amazon. From the titles/descriptions, they are from a gay who is "a traitor to the gay cause"--he admits that young boys who are gay can be interested in older men. I hope he's writing under a pseudonym... if not, he may be in for a rough time...
