Normally, an adult can ratify a contract that he made as a minor. So why can't people who, although incapable of consenting to sex as a minor, upon reaching majority ratify the agreement to have sex that they made as a minor? Upon reaching 18, shouldn't they be able to have the person who committed the "offense" against them be released from prison, and even pardoned? And shouldn't they be able to approve the child porn that was produced for distribution?
