 Christian Convery was born November 10, 2009 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and is a child actor. At age 11 (soon to be 12), he already has amassed an impressive portfolio of projects he has worked on. In 2016 when Christian was six-years-old, he appeared in the romantic comedy "Hearts of Spring" by Marita Grabiak in the role of Conner. Since then, he has appeared in a number of movies and television series including: "Supernatural" (2016), "Van Helsing" (2016), "Legion" (2017), "Lucifer" (2017), "My Christmas Dream" (2016), "Beautiful Boy" (2018), "Pup Academy" (2019), "Descendants 3", (2019). However, his truly breakthrough role was as Gus in the Netflix fantasy series "Sweet Tooth" (2021). He has two upcoming films in production, the drama "The Tiger Rising" and "Cocaine Bear", also Sweet Tooth has been renewed for a second season. He received a Young Artist Award in 2017 in the category Best Performance in a TV Movie, Miniseries or Special and again in 2019, he was awarded a Young Artist Award in the Streaming Series or Film category. Christian come from a theatrical family and is the cousin of actors Christopher Convery (age 13) and his younger brother Sean Convery. He is the son of actress Lisa Convery, who is known for the films "Driven" (2001), "The Whole Nine Yards" (2000) and "Sous le soleil" (1996). We know a lot about Christian Convery the actor but what do we know about Christian Convery the kid? As anyone can tell you who has ever seen this boy on screen, Christian is just a little ray of sunshine and he is a highly energetic boy. He is said to have done many of his own stunts during the filming of "Sweet Tooth". His press release for IMDb says, he enjoys outdoor sports such as: "parkour, hiking, surfing, wake surfing, zip-lining, trapeze, rafting and running- and he is even a certified Padi Scuba Diver and Junior Lifeguard." It also states that he has traveled extensively from the Caribbean to even the Great Wall of China. This summer, his fans got to enjoy following his adventures in both Greece and Ireland through a travel picture journal on his Instagram account. Many of the pictures depicted him playing on the beach as well as sightseeing tours to ruins and archaeological sites, and other attractions. There are some very nice pictures of Christian at Blarney Castle in Ireland and of him kissing the Blarney Stone. He certainly isn't afraid of heights though it has been said that he has a fear of bees. Very little is know of his family life except that he has a strong relationship with his mother, who also manages his career. He is not known to have any siblings and is believed to be an only child. It appears that there is no information on who his father might be and all online sources indicate that, "details regarding his father are not disclosed to the public." His father remains a mystery to be solved, though our guess here at BoyWiki is that his father might be the god Apollo. Christian is widely reported to have a very close relationship with his cousins and that he and Christopher are "like brothers". Christian is the shining star of the Netflix series "Sweet Tooth". "Sweet Tooth" is an adapted comic book story about a lovable boy who is half-human and half-deer who is searching for his mother with his companion and protector Big Man. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, his character Gus must face many challenges on the road to finding his mother, who may or may not still be alive. "Sweet Tooth" has been a huge success for Netflix. And in July, 2021, it was announced that the series was renewed for a second season, just under two month after the release of the first season. Season two will consist of eight, one-hour episodes.
