Spaghetti and meatballs is a jocular term used to refer to boys in their early to mid teens or to those boys with physical characteristics typical of that age group. The term refers metaphorically to those physical traits, and was invented in the mid-late 1990's by the poster known as Alexis. One could say that teen boy lovers are mostly attracted to boys in the spaghetti and meatball group.
