I could easily write an extension to generate this index through a [[mediawikiwiki:Manual:Special pages|special page]]. There could be an option to filter it by [[mediawikiwiki:Manual:Page_table#page_is_redirect|page_is_redirect]], [[mediawikiwiki:Manual:Page_table#page_len|page_len]], etc. Alternatively, there should be a [[User:USER4Bot]] account set up with the bot flag, to update the index without appearing by default in RecentChanges. Let me know if you'd like any help developing some bot code. If you look at the page I have been creating, all the names are listed twice - once, by ''first'' name, and once by ''last'' name. An article titled, "The Red Hen" would be under "The" as ''well'' as under "Red Hen". This is a (more) professional way to index things. The truth is, the "The" should not be listed at all -- the only entry should be "Red Hen, The". But trying to get the wiki software to be so intelligent (and given the other "exceptions to the rule") the only ''real'' solution is manually editing the file. The problem as ''this'' point is that there are so many damned "redirects" which show up as "article titles", there are so many (so-called) "articles" which are irrelevant (years, months, etc.) and so many articles were incorrectly named to begin with. First - there is an error message age the top of my current screen:
Creating User talk:USER4/DRAFT/Main Index of all BoyWiki pages (must be manually updated when necessary)
User account "USER4" is not registered. Please check if you want to create/edit this page.
Seems a problem with the case of the title of this page.
Second - how about if this is manually edited, and then given a link on the main page. I'm sure it would be appreciated by visitors to have an index of all BW pages! User4 (talk) 17:59, 25 March 2015 (UTC)

BTW - here is a list of (mostly names) that are alphabetized wrong, or should have a cross-reference under a different letter:
For example, "Therapy for pedophilia/pedophiles" should have TWO entries - one under "T" (as it is now) and the other under "P" as in:
- "Pedophiles, therapy for"
... and then put the original link, like this: [[Therapy for pedophilia/pedophiles|Pedophiles, therapy for]]
- to get this: Pedophiles, therapy for

Automation
I could easily write an extension to generate this index through a special page. There could be an option to filter it by page_is_redirect, page_len, etc. Alternatively, there should be a User:USER4Bot account set up with the bot flag, to update the index without appearing by default in RecentChanges.
