Dans une affaire récente, il a exhorté le jury à déclarer la personne jugée comme innocente, afin qu&#039;il n&#039;ait pas à la condamner aux cinq ans de détention minimum (le juge doit prononcer une peine — entre une valeur minimale et maximale fixée par la loi — contre les personnes déclarés coupables).
