Christian Wilhelm Allers, né le 6 août 1857 à Hambourg et mort le 19 octobre 1915 à Carlsruhe, est un peintre et dessinateur allemand.
En 1902 éclata à Capri le scandale de l’affaire Krupp. Allers, accusé comme Friedrich Alfred Krupp d’homosexualité et de pédérastie, s’enfuit avant le début de l’action judiciaire à son encontre. Il fut condamné par contumace à quatre ans et demi de prison.
Au cours des années suivantes, il visita la Nouvelle-Zélande, les îles Samoa et l’Australie, utilisant par précaution le pseudonyme « W. Andresen », tant pour voyager incognito que pour signer certaines de ses œuvres.
