A visa is a document issued by a country's government allowing the holder to enter (or to make a formal request to enter) or to leave that country.

Legislation

The Sex Offender Visa Loophole Elimination Act of 2006 would have barred convicted sex offenders from having family-based visa petitions granted.[1]
