Boys masturbate. They play with their penises naturally, like babies do. But do they do it often enough? Could technique be improved, giving better results (more pleasure)? Shouldn't they be taught? Didn't Jocelyn Elders get fired for suggesting that? (She was Surgeon General. See Wikipedia article.)
Dads should teach their sons to masturbate. The whole family masturbates together.
