The Amy and Vicky Child Pornography Victim Restitution Improvement Act is a bill that was passed by the U.S. Senate in 2015 in response to the Paroline v. United States Supreme Court of the United States decision.[1] The bill allows persons depicted in child pornography to sue those who produce, distribute, or possess it, and allows those defendants to then sue each other for contribution.

The law is named after "Amy" (who was in the Misty series) and "Vicky" (who was in the Vicky series). The website http://childvictims.us/ which is operated by Marsh Law Firm PLLC agitates for passage of the law.

As of March 2015, the bill was pending in the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary.[2]
