Everyone should be aware of their personal security while browsing the Internet. A person who may be "a person of interest" due to their political beliefs or their sexual orientation should be especially cautious.

Your identity can be compromised - and your real-life identity exposed - through carelessness or ignorance. Materials found on your computer may be used to prosecute you, even though the materials may be innocuous, and "technically legal".
