A child molestor is generally regarded as an individual who has either been found guilty of sexual contact with a child or who has admitted to such contact,[1] although a more literal definition would be someone who bothers a child. Thus, sexual contact that isn't bothersome to the child would not be molestation. (It might be the best thing that ever happened to him.)
