Heather Elizabeth Peterson was the webmaster of Greenbelt Interfaith News and Philia, two sites that dealt with faith and pedophilia. The sites were active in the period between 1998 and 2003. She is perhaps best known in the boylover community for Not an Oxymoron, an unusually boylover-sympathetic article published in Greenbelt Interfaith News in 1998.
