Human Rights Watch (HRW) is an international non-governmental organization that conducts research and advocacy on human rights. It has compiled a report, Raised on the Registry, about the harms of placing children on sex offender registries.[1] It has also called for the end of online sex offender registries in general.[2] HRW also opposed a Philippines cybercrime law that would have defined online child pornography as cybercrime.[3]
