This is a list of cases of accidental possession of child pornography.

  • Eric Bacon is a former Marine who pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. The court ruled that "although the defendant did not intend to download and transfer the images to the compact disc, the discs were in the defendant’s custody and control."[1]
