'''SAFE Network''' is an open-source project under active development. It is years from implementation. It would provide a level of security which existing resources, such as [[Tor]], cannot. It has been referred to as Web 3.0: a redefinition and reengineering of what the Internet is. No one server would host any Web site, and data storage will be decentralized. At present (2016), however, there is nothing an individual boylover can make use of.
