Feedback from users

Etenne--you can receive feedback about BW, etc. from readers/users of BW through your BW e-mail account. How can regular editors receive feedback from readers/users of BW who may have comments/suggestions/etc. about the content of their articles/edits/etc.? User4 (talk) 17:19, 5 April 2016 (UTC)

You ask hard questions that I don't really have all the answers to. I suppose that there is always the talk pages.. how do other wikis provide that? --Etenne 17:23, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
Well, I don't suppose that you could act as a go-between, and allow users to send messages to your e-mail--that might (not for sure, but it might) create too much work for you.
Too bad there is no general e-mail account for "Feedback from our readers." Hmm... that might make a good "mailbag" section for the main page--you know, getting readers involved in the format and content of BW... What do you think? User4 (talk) 17:30, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
I think it is a good idea but bad timing. All Free Spirits mail is currently down except for BoyWiki (which is too difficult to explain why)... It will be a few weeks before mail is available again as all the tech. ppl went on holiday after finally decommissioning the old server. --Etenne 17:38, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
Gee, seems a little strange to me that the admin at BC cannot think of another way to receive e-mail. There are a lot of safe and secure e-mail providers available that they could use as a backup when the BC mail system goes down, aren't there? User4 (talk) 18:38, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
