Chucky (franchise)

From BoyWiki

Chucky (also known as Child's Play) is a franchise of mostly slacher movies, about a horror doll named Chucky. The franchise is linked to young child actors as it is about children's toys that come to life and very often young actors play the lead roles. Also, the franchise was conceived by Don Mancini and it was started by Child's Play (1988), the first film of the franchise[1]. Six more movies[2] and a television series (Started in 2021) followed later, which serves as a sequel to the films[3]. An eighth film "about" Chucky was released in 2019, which was not a sequel or anything, but a reboot and thus separate from the earlier films and later television series[4].
