Robbie or Robert Malloy, was a BoyChat poster in 1998 and 1999 and served briefly as Webmaster of BoyChat from September to October 1999. He served as the Free Spirits Treasurer for several months prior to becoming webmaster. There are many who claim that Robbie was stealing funds from incoming donations to Free Spirits but the nature of the accusations leaves no solid way of proving the thefts.

Robbie is most infamous for his connection to the murder of Toby Antone in October 1999. When charged, he entered an Alford plea to murdering Antone, who was posting on BoyChat as Toby and Little Alfredo. Robbie must serve 85% of his 30 year sentence before being eligible for parole. In 2004, he had another conviction for promoting contraband while in prison and an additional year was added to his sentence.

Robbie was a self-professed medical doctor and professor of medicine. He actually had a master's degree in biology. Others have reported that Robbie told them at one point he was a psychologist or psychiatrist, encouraging them to tell him about offline problems. In reality, Robbie was a part-time science teacher at a community college.

According to conversations Jimf3 had with Toby and with Toby's brother, Robbie had been mentoring Toby over the internet and then later persuaded him to relocate to Kentucky from Florida, helping him obtain financial aid from the school where Robbie taught. Toby's family came to know Robbie and supported the move.

When he was murdered, Toby had booked a flight back to Florida in order to be closer to a new romantic interest in his life, a young man near his own age. Again according to Jimf3 who knows the young man in question, Toby had indicated that he was leaving Robbie permanently. Thus, jealousy would seem to be a reasonable assumption in terms of motive for the crime.
