I am wondering if this category is too specific and whether you are eventually going to have enough material to populate it? But I suppose it is ok. I am wondering if this category is too specific and whether you are eventually going to have enough material to populate it? But I suppose it is ok. BoyChat is presumably made up of people who don't know anything about wikis and haven't bothered to get involved here. Anyway, there are only thirteen federal circuits, and tons of appellate case law from those circuits, so I think there's plenty of potential for the category to fill up.
