Putting a link to this on the main page when a non-registered user cannot nominate any articles seems to be setting up the user for a rather frustrating experience, wouldn't you agree? User4 (talk) 16:09, 7 April 2016 (UTC)

Maybe, but on the other hand, anyone I would likely be willing to listen to would already be registered. However, If you wanted to say add my email addy for non-registered user to send in suggestions, I would not be opposed to that. --Etenne 16:17, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
