- I am not a lawyer. My understanding is that it qualifies as "fair use":
- Examples of fair use in United States copyright law include commentary, search engines, criticism, parody, news reporting, research, and scholarship.
- We are a non-profit organization, and part of our activities involve research and scholarship, commentary, criticism, etc. If amazon.com objects to use of the reviews, they can ask for them to be removed, but BoyWiki still may not be required to remove them due to the fair use provisions.
