Imagine Magazine,
Issue 104

IMAGINE Magazine was first launched in August, 2011[1] and was created by members of the Shack Forum.[2] The magazine was the intuitive of Comicality who is the founder of the community known as "Comicality's Shack Outback". It is published monthly, with the new issue coming out on the 15th of each month.[3] It is primarily gay themed and includes articles on a variety of subjects including: erotic stories, music, movies, humor, video games, amazing boys and much, much more. It is where the readers can find: "... something here for everybody".... "That…and LOTS of really cute boys!."[2]

In August of 2018, issue 39 was released as their "reboot issue". The most notable changes included more content from additional writers as well as increased outreach to various authors to include their material. This increased the size of the magazine.[4][2] Many of the stories included in each issue are about young gay teens and are mildly erotic in nature, similar to those found in the Nifty Archive but much more "all age/family friendly".

On April 16th, 2024 IMAGINE Magazine's founder and primary content provider "Comicality" passed away unexpectedly as a result of an ongoing issue that had been assumed to be under control by his staff and close friends. This news came on the heels of two hospitalizations necessitating two issues of a light version of the magazine nicknamed: "InterMission". The existing staff while in the process of getting back on it's feet had released a memorial issue dedicated to Comicality, effectively restarting the magazine's stalled launch schedule. Under new/old management, it was the team's intent to get back on it's original schedule with the first full issue on July 15th, 2024. Much like the "InterMission" issues, the fictional 3D cast of boys acting as the new hosts. Over a year later and IMAGINE Magazine continues to pay tribute to it's community founder while taking it's readers along for the ride.
