The term fawnlet is credited to  Vladimir Nabokov who in his 1955 book ''Lolita'' wrote, "When I was a child and she was a child, my little Annabel was no nymphet to me; I was her equal, a faunlet in my own right..." (Lolita p17-18). The word Fawnlet denotes, "a young sexually attractive boy".

On August 24, 2023, it was announced that a new boylove magazine is going to be launched on September 1st by some of the former editors of Ethos. The new magazine will be called Fawnlet Magazine.

The term fawnlet is credited to Vladimir Nabokov, who in his 1955 book Lolita wrote: "When I was a child and she was a child, my little Annabel was no nymphet to me; I was her equal, a faunlet in my own right..." (Lolita p17-18). The word Fawnlet denotes, "a young sexually attractive boy".
