| How to requests page protection/unprotection |
Only Curators on BoyWiki have access to protect or unprotect a page. Therefore, this procedure has been set up to allow regular users to request a change in the protection status.
Instructions
Users
If you would like to request a page to be protected or unprotected, please follow the following steps:
(1) If you are requesting unprotection, You need to explain why you need the page unprotected (Example: fix error in template).
(2) If you are requesting protection, write the type of request with a brief reason for your request below your header.

Curator
Review each item and mark either {{Done}} or {{Rejected}}. In the case of a rejection, provide a brief rationale (e.g. "Out of project scope"). Requests more than a month old should be archived to BoyWiki:Page protection/unprotection/Archives
